Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Uncensored Hentai AI at uncensored-hentai.top (the "Service"). By using the Service you accept them.

1. Adults only

The Service contains sexually explicit material generated by artificial intelligence. You must be at least 18 years old and of legal age to view such material where you live. If you are not, leave now.

2. What the Service is

Uncensored Hentai AI lets you browse, chat with and create fictional AI characters and view AI-generated anime-style images of them. Every character is fictional, made by AI, 18 years of age or older and drawn as an adult. No character depicts or is based on a real person or an existing anime, manga or game character. Conversations are generated by a language model and are not written by a person.

3. Your account

You may use parts of the Service as a guest; an account keeps your chats and characters. Keep your password private. You are responsible for what happens under your account. One person, one account.

4. What you must not do

• request, create or share anything involving a minor, or any character presented as under 18 or with a childlike look;
• use the names, likeness or images of real people;
• request non-consensual, incestuous, bestial or otherwise illegal content;
• scrape, resell or redistribute the Service's content, or try to get around its limits, filters or payments;
• use the Service to harass anyone or for anything illegal where you live.

Such requests are blocked automatically. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules, without refund.

5. Content you create

Characters you build are private to you. You may use their images for your personal, non-commercial enjoyment. We may remove any content that breaks these terms.

6. Payments

Some features need credits or a Premium subscription. Prices are shown before you pay. Payments are made in USDT (TRC20); Premium is a one-off payment for a fixed period and never renews by itself. Digital content is delivered at once, so purchases are final except as described in our Refund Policy or where the law says otherwise.

7. No guarantees

The Service is provided "as is". AI output can be wrong, strange or unexpected; it is fiction and not advice. We do not guarantee the Service will always be available. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 3 months.

8. Changes

We may change these terms; the date below shows the latest version. If you keep using the Service after a change, you accept it.
