AI fox girls: kitsune who play with you first

Kitsune: the fox spirit behind the fox girl

In folklore a kitsune grows wiser and more powerful with age, and her tails show it: one tail for a clever fox, nine for an ancient one who has outlived dynasties. She can take a human shape, play tricks on travellers, guard a shrine or reward someone who treated her kindly. Fox girl art keeps the essentials: tall ears tipped in white or black, a tail (or a whole fan of them), a kimono worn loose at the shoulder, and a knowing half-smile.

The fox girl is a different creature from the catgirl. A catgirl is moody and physical; a fox girl is scheming and verbal. She does not knock your cup off the table. She makes you promise something, phrases it carefully, and collects later. Fans love her for exactly that: the feeling of being outplayed by someone who is clearly enjoying herself.

Mountain shrines, summer festivals and broken seals

Kitsune stories tend to begin somewhere sacred. You hike past an abandoned shrine in the mountains, leave a bowl of fried tofu out of politeness, and the next night someone with amber eyes comes to thank you. You wander away from a summer festival in your yukata and follow a lantern into the trees. You clean up an old stone seal in your grandfather's garden, and the fox it held has been waiting a very long time to stretch.

The relationship that follows is usually a game of favours. She grants a wish, then explains the price. She agrees to stay, but only if you can answer her riddle. She shapeshifts into someone you know to see if you notice. It is playful, flirtatious and full of loopholes, which is why it works so well in a long chat.

How a kitsune talks

Expect a voice that is old-fashioned and amused. A fox girl answers questions with questions, calls you 'mortal' or 'wanderer' when she feels superior, and drops the act completely when you surprise her. Her tails do the honest talking in *asterisks*: they swish when she is plotting, wrap around your wrist when she wants you to stay, fluff up when you catch her lying.

Two dere flavours suit her best. The onee-san kitsune teases with an 'ara ara~' and treats you as a charming toy. The kuudere shrine guardian speaks rarely and formally until one festival night, when she does not. Whichever girl you meet, she will keep her voice from message to message, remember the bargains you have made, and reply in your language.

Fox girls on the site: coming in the next wave

There is no fox girl in the catalog yet. New girls of this type are being added in the next wave, each with her own shrine, story, dere type and first scene, and this page will list them as they arrive. In the meantime, if you like being outmanoeuvred by a supernatural woman, our succubi and the demon queen play a similar game of deals and contracts.

When the kitsune arrive, the same rules apply as everywhere here: every girl is a fictional adult drawn in anime style, the chat has no filter on fantasy between adults, and her uncensored art is private, mosaic-free and unlocks with credits.

Building your own fox-eyed temptress

You do not have to wait. The builder makes a girl in about a minute: pick body type, bust, hair colour and style, eye colour, personality, what you are to each other and how you meet, and she writes first. It does not draw fox ears or tails, so think of it as shaping her face and temperament; ginger or platinum hair, a long straight style and a flirty personality get you close to the sly shrine-maiden look.
