Refund Policy

Purchases on Uncensored Hentai AI are digital and delivered at once: Premium starts and credits are added as soon as your payment is confirmed on the blockchain. Because of that, payments are generally final. We do refund in these cases:

• Paid but nothing arrived. If your USDT payment was confirmed but your credits or Premium did not appear within an hour, write to [email protected] with the amount and the time you sent it. We find the transaction and either add what you paid for or refund it.
• Paid the wrong amount. A payment that does not match an order is kept, not lost. Write to us and we credit it or send it back.
• Charged twice. A duplicate payment for the same order is refunded in full.
• A technical fault on our side that kept you from using what you paid for: we refund the unused part or extend your Premium.

Refunds are sent in USDT (TRC20) to the address the payment came from, minus the network fee, within 7 days of our reply. Credits already spent and Premium time already used are not refunded. Accounts closed for breaking our Terms are not refunded.

Premium never renews by itself, so there is nothing to cancel: when its period ends you return to the free plan.
