Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Uncensored Hentai AI (uncensored-hentai.top) collects and why. We collect as little as we can.

What we collect

• Account: your email and a hashed password, if you create an account. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address and Google account id from Google - nothing else, and we never see your Google password.
• Chats and characters: your messages, the characters' replies and the characters you build - so they are there when you come back.
• Usage: how many messages you send per day (for the free limit) and technical logs (IP address, browser) kept for security for a short time.
• Payments: the transaction reference. We never see or store card numbers or wallet keys.

Cookies

One cookie remembers that you confirmed you are an adult; one keeps you signed in. We do not use advertising cookies. Our own analytics cookie (vid, a random id kept for one year, with a short-lived companion that marks one visit) lets us count visits and see which site, campaign link, country and type of device brought you - we never store your IP address with it, and this data stays on our own servers.

How we use it

Only to run the Service: to show your chats, generate replies and images, enforce limits and safety rules, and prevent abuse. We do not sell your data and do not use your chats for advertising.

A small number of our staff may review conversations, when needed, to keep the Service safe and working (for example, to check a safety report or fix an error); each such review is logged.

Emails

We send two kinds of email. Account emails - confirming your address, resetting your password - go to every member and cannot be switched off while you have an account. Updates - a message when a girl you chat with misses you, tips for new members, a reminder about an order you did not finish, Premium offers - go only to confirmed addresses of members who agreed to them when signing up or later, at most one a day. They never contain explicit pictures or quote your chats. Our updates contain a tiny image and links that tell us, on our own servers only, whether an email was opened and which link was clicked (and whether a purchase followed), so we can send fewer and better emails - your address is never put in these links.

To stop updates, use the one-click "Unsubscribe" link at the bottom of any of them, or switch them off under Profile → Settings → Emails. Unsubscribing takes effect at once. We keep a hashed (unreadable) copy of an address that unsubscribed, bounced or reported an email as spam, so it is not emailed again even after the account is deleted. To send emails we use Amazon Web Services (Amazon SES), which processes your address only to deliver them.

Who processes it

Our servers and the AI models that generate replies and images are operated by us or providers acting on our instructions. Content passes through them only to produce your result.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, its correction, or the deletion of your account and its whole history: write to [email protected]. We reply within 30 days.

Retention

We keep your data while your account exists. Guest data with no activity for 90 days is deleted.
